🎉 LEXSA Members' Festival: Week 4 Wrapped in Music, Clay & Sweet Surprises 🎶🍦

Week 4 brought the vibes and then some with our LEXSA Members' Festival – a celebration dedicated to welcoming our newest LEXSA members and reconnecting with returning ones. It was an afternoon full of good energy, creative fun, and community spirit, and we’re still buzzing from it!

🎸 Joe Conroy Brought the Tunes

If you were anywhere near the Southern Cross Uni campus that day, chances are you heard the infectious sound of Joe Conroy lighting up the afternoon. For two solid hours, Joe delivered a dynamic live set that had people swaying, clapping, and even singing along. His upbeat energy was absolutely contagious – you couldn’t help but stop and soak it all in.

🍦 Sweet Treats: Gelato, Anyone?

Because no festival is complete without something sweet, we treated students to scoops of delicious gelato – the perfect companion to a warm afternoon, when the rain stopped. Whether you were into fruity flavours or classic creamy delights, there was something for every sweet tooth.

🎁 Cafe Vouchers with a Twist

LEXSA Members also received $10 café vouchers, perfect for a coffee or bite from the campus cafés. But wait – some lucky members got a little extra surprise! Hidden among the vouchers were Lucky Dip prizes, adding an extra layer of fun (and mystery) to the day. If you walked away with a bonus treat, consider yourself one of the chosen ones!

🎨 Clay Workshop with Crockd

For those feeling creative, the Crockd Clay Workshop was a hit. Members rolled up their sleeves and got their hands into some therapeutic clay-making. With the help of Crockd Clay Kits, people crafted everything from pen cups to incense holders – the clay table was buzzing with laughter, ideas, and messy fingers.
