Student Clubs
LEXSA has a variety of affiliated Student Clubs and Societies that run on Lismore Campus and Online. Some of our club's are social based while others are school-based and help students studying within that course or faculty.
Students can become a member of the club and check out their upcoming events via our Club page.

2026 Wall Planners
Southern Cross University 2026 Wall Term Planners are a great way to keep track of your year and include key dates and helpful tips. They are generally available from Term 1 each year.

Common Rooms
LEXSA facilitates the common room on Lismore campus located in Goodman Plaza.
The Common Room is stocked with cutlery, crockery, sandwich presses, a kettle or instant hot water and filtered cold water, a fridge to store your lunch and microwave's to heat up your own meals!
Drop by the LEXSA office for supplies from our Food Pantry including snacks, breakfast items, tea, coffee and milk to use in the common room.
Please note, the computers in the common room are organised by SCU Technology Services. Students will have to contact them directly for any issues or low paper supplies.
Justice of the Peace
Justices of the Peace (JPs) are volunteers appointed by the Governor of NSW. JPs can witness statutory declarations or affidavits, and certify copies of original documents.
There are a few JP's on Lismore Campus.

The Student Advocacy Officer, Viv Walsh, is available in the Advocacy Office on the following days: Tuesday to Friday from 9:30am to 2pm

The LEXSA Operations Manager, Debra Johnston, is available in the LEXSA Office: Shop 11b Goodman Plaza on the following days: Every second Monday starting 13th of July, 9am - 3pm

A staff member within Student Services is also a JP. Please drop into the centre and ask for Paul.

Locker Hire
LEXSA Members can hire a locker through LEXSA for $20 per year including a $10 key deposit (refundable on return of key).
Lockers are located at Goodman Plaza and A Block

Printing
We offer cheap printing on campus as well as binding, scanning and laminating for LEXSA Members!
Students on campus can drop into our office to print their documents within our office hours:
Monday - Thursday : 9am-3pm
Friday : 9am -2pm
Students who can't access Lismore Campus, can also email us their printing, which we can post out to you. Please note we require payment before we start your printing.
To use our Online Printing Service, follow these steps:
1) Download your documents as PDF or Word and attach them to an email to info@lexsa.com.au and let us know how you want your documents printed; eg black and white or colour, double or single sided, A4 or A3 size paper
2) We'll reply to your email with a quote. Payments can be made by bank transfer (we'll email you our details),
3) Students can pick up their printing from the office, or alternatively we offer free postage for our online LEXSA Members.
We can also bind your documents to help protect them from $3.50
*members price.
Students can download our Printing price list to check prices for printing in A4 and A3, black and white or colour, binding and laminating.
