About The Event
LEXSA has teamed up with Lisa Jonas again from Endorphina Creative to help students practice mindfulness and gain new skills to help them during stressful times.
Students are invited to register each week for our Stress Less Workshops held weekly on Thursday from 2pm - 3pm (NSW time). In Week 6, your workshop will be pre-recorded due to the Easter long weekend. This week, you will learn to find inner calm and relaxation through drawing and meditation and take part in Mandala Art Therapy. By registering, students will have access to download the mandala template and lesson link. *If students miss out, this pdf and lesson will be available on our website under "Online Workshops" here
