Due to Covid, we have developed online workshops for a variety of our on-campus activities.

LEXSA hosts weekly Wellness Workshops on campus and online, including things like colouring in. We've included some downloadable templates below for you to print out and use at home.

Stress Less Workshop

LEXSA has teamed up with Lisa from Endorphina Creative again in 2022 to bring you a weekly Stress Less Workshop. Some of these workshops will be held on Lismore Campus as in-person workshops, some as live zoom calls and others as pre-recorded lessons. These workshops will help you if you feel overwhelmed and flustered, or if you just want some quiet uninterrrupted mental space and by being pre-recorded, they will be available for free on our YouTube Channel indefinitely. 

Each workshop has a different theme and may include downloadable templates or additional materials, and use techniques such as meditation, relaxation, art therapy, guided inner journeys, dancing, and more!
