Meditation workshops

LEXSA has teamed up with Lisa from Endorphina Creative to bring you Online Wellbeing Workshops while you're studying from home or are looking for a relaxing break. This is an online series divided into parts, which is designed to help you relax and focus.

Each workshop consists of 2-3 parts, including activities and techniques such as meditation, relaxation, art therapy, guided inner journeys, dancing, and more!

Cooking class

About your host: Samantha Josephine is a fully qualified chef and passionate holistic health coach. She was born in the Northern Rivers and have lived here all her life, cooking since the age of 14 in my parents restaurant, The Trattoria in Nimbin. She has completed an apprenticeship in commercial cookery, was the head chef at dusty attic music lounge in Lismore, have been catering events for 6 years, ran a breakfast stall at the Lismore Organic Market for 4 years & now runs her own business doing private coaching & workshops both in person & online.

She works with the mind/body connection through everything she does so when it comes to food she really cares about supporting people to find ways to integrate healthy food choices into their everyday life with ease & less stress! She believes skill is the single most valuable resource in the kitchen when it comes to creating healthy & affordable meals.

Welcome to our Christmas-themed Online Cooking Class! Thankyou for everyone who attended this class. These have been hosted by Samantha Josephine from Cooked and Cultured. This series is recorded from our live zoom calls during Session 2 and 3, 2021. In this class, we made a Raw Christmas Cake and Ginger Cookies.
