About The Event
Southern Cross University Students - your chance to win a Coles Voucher each week!
World Sleep Day was held on 14 March to celebrate sleep and as a call to action on issues related to sleep, including medicine, education, social aspects and driving. It is organised by the World Sleep Society and aims to lessen the burden of sleep problems on society. The day helps people consider how much sleep they are getting each night, if they have a sleeping problem, provides tips for getting a good night's sleep and lists the consequences of not getting enough sleep.
