Southern Cross University Students - your chance to win a Coles Voucher each week!

Sunday 29th September is World Heart Day, a day committed to reducing the incidence of cardiovascular disease by promoting small changes to lifestyle. The best prevention is early awareness and action such as including regular exercise in your week, maintaining a healthy weight by eating a variety of fresh foods, and learning to manage the stresses of life with techniques that work for you.

For a chance to win 1 of 10 $10 Coles Vouchers you can enter by telling us what kind of activity you can do this week to show your heart some love! It could be about nutrition, meditation, making an appointment for a check-up, planning a day out with friends or going for a few 20min walks. All students of Southern Cross University are invited to enter. You don't have to be a LEXSA Member for these Weekly Student Competitions.
