Student Weekly Competition - Epilepsy Awareness

Southern Cross University Students - have your chance to win a Coles Voucher each week!

On Tuesday 26 March we encourage you to wear purple to raise awareness of epilepsy for International Purple Day. The name was chosen for this day by nine-year-old Cassidy Megan of Nova Scotia, Canada, in 2008 when she founded the day! The colour lavender is the internationally recognised colour for epilepsy. Cassidy's own struggles with epilepsy, her motivation to get people talking about the condition, and her desire to let those impacted by seizures know that they are not alone led to the first Purple Day.

All students of Southern Cross University are invited to enter. You don't have to be a LEXSA Member for these Weekly Student Competitions.
