About The Event
LEXSA has teamed up with Lisa Jonas again from Endorphina Creative to help students practice mindfulness and gain new skills to help them during stressful times. These workshops will help you if you feel overwhelmed and flustered, or if you just want some quiet uninterrrupted mental space.Â
Students are invited to register each week for our Stress Less Workshops which are pre-recorded and premiered at 2pm on Thursdays on our YouTube channel.Â
Students will be able to simply listen while being seated comfortably or lying down where you will be guided through gentle relaxation processes that will help to de-stress and unwind.
*Workshop will premier at 2pm, Thursday 5th of May NSW time.
About your host:
Lisa Jonas is a 'Conscious Artist' Coach, Inner Well-being Facilitator, Meditation Teacher and Astrology Consultant. She has been trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Family Constellation, Hypnotherapy, Art Therapy, Life Purpose Coaching, Holistic Counselling and Healing with the Arts. As the creator of 'IGR' (Inner Gift Resourcing), she helps individuals to improve their mental and emotional well-being, teaches tools for stress-release and encourages others to access their innate creative potential and get in touch with their intuition.
