About The Event

LEXSA has teamed up with Lisa Jonas again from Endorphina Creative to help students practice mindfulness and gain new skills to help them during stressful times. These workshops will help you if you feel overwhelmed and flustered, or if you just want some quiet uninterrrupted mental space. 

Students are invited to register each week for our Stress Less Workshops which are pre-recorded and premiered at 2pm on Thursdays on our YouTube channel. 

This weeks theme is Relaxation with Movement. Students will be able to connect with their bodies, explore their bodies with gentle movements and dance - and relax with a meditation at the end.

About your host:

Lisa Jonas is a 'Conscious Artist' Coach, Inner Well-being Facilitator, Meditation Teacher and Astrology Consultant. She has been trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Family Constellation, Hypnotherapy, Art Therapy, Life Purpose Coaching, Holistic Counselling and Healing with the Arts. As the creator of 'IGR' (Inner Gift Resourcing), she helps individuals to improve their mental and emotional well-being, teaches tools for stress-release and encourages others to access their innate creative potential and get in touch with their intuition.
