Join us for LEXSA Stress Less!
Take part in our activites on campus and online to enjoy our Stress Less Week! Check out what's planned below:
> Pick up 1 of 10 Gym Passes to the SCU Pool and Fitness Centre that you can use to attend a Yoga, Body Balance or Pilaties group fitness class.
> Enjoy our Easter Morning Tea from 10am in Goodman Plaza. We'll have hot cross buns, fruit and biscuits for you to enjoy plus GF and Vegan options!
Come along to Goodman Plaza for our Wellness Fair!
> Live Music by Damo Cooper from 11:30am till 1:30pm on the Goodman Plaza Stage as well as livestreamed on Facebook
> Get a live character illustration of yourself from 10am outside the LEXSA Office
> Free scoop of gelato (with vegan and GF options!) by The Gelato Social from 11:30am till 1:30pm. Students can pick up a Gelato Voucher from the LEXSA Office.
> 1 of 100 $5 Cafe Vouchers* to use at the three cafe's on Lismore Campus: Quick Brown Fox, Zest of Lime, and Aardvark Cafe's
> Enter our Instagram Story Competition from 12pm for your chance to WIN 1 of 10 $10 Coles Vouchers - this time it's a Spot the Difference Challenge!

> All Students can access our Online Astrology Workshop by Lisa from Endorphina Creative. She'll talk you through each star sign and what helps each sign destress.
> On-Campus students can join our Wellbeing Workshop hosted by Dr Colin Black. He'll guide you through different wellbeing exercises using creatice practices.
