Come along to our Relax, Create, Reactivate Workshops on-campus!
Southern Cross University students, you're invited to join us every Thursday for an escape from the demands of university life.
Dive into a world of self-discovery, relaxation, and empowerment as we equip you with the tools to conquer stress and thrive in every aspect of your student journey. By attending these workshops, you'll experience soothing mindfulness practices such as meditations, sound trail walks and creative activities like collaging, drawing and working with clay.
The students from the English Language Classes attend each week so it's a great chance for you to meet them to make new friends and learn more about each other's culture.
Join us every Thursday during Term from 12:20pm under the umbrella outside the LEXSA Office. All materials and snacks are supplied!
These workshops are hosted on Lismore campus.
