R U OK? is a suicide prevention charity in Australia,  encouraging all of us to notice the signs of mental health struggle in friends, family, and colleagues. You don't need to be an expert to reach out - just a good friend and a great listener.

Not a LEXSA Member? All Southern Cross University Students can join  LEXSA, your Student Association on Lismore Campus for on-campus and  online students.

*Please note this competition is for current Southern Cross University students who are 2023 LEXSA Members only, runs for one week from Monday, 11th to Sunday, 17th of September 2023 (Week 3, Term 4), with 3 winners randomly drawn from Monday, 18th of September 2023.
