Since we don't currently have any gym vouchers available as we're waiting on stock from the SCU Fitness Centre, we're giving our members the chance to complete fitness challenges in Weeks 4 - 6 for a chance to win!
This week, members are invited to submit a short video to info@lexsa.com.au of themselves completing our exercise challenge: Crosslegged Sit to Stand" for the chance to win 1 of 10 $10 Coles Vouchers.
Here's how to complete the cross-legged sit to stand challenge:
Prepare: Sit cross-legged on the floor. Bring your feet in close to your body and tuck your shins so they are underneath or slightly in front of you.
Shift Weight: Hinge at the hips and lean your torso far forward. This moves your center of mass over your base of support.
