LEXSA Members, your chance to win a Coles Voucher!
Since we don't currently have any gym vouchers available as we're waiting on stock from the SCU Fitness Centre, we're giving our members the chance to complete fitness challenges in Weeks 4 - 6 for a chance to win!
This week, members are invited to submit a short video to info@lexsa.com.au of themselves completing our plank challenge: "how long can you do a plank for" for the chance to win 1 of 10 $10 Coles Vouchers.
To complete a forearm plank:
Set your arms: Lie face down on the floor and place your elbows directly beneath your shoulders. Forearms should be parallel to one another with hands flat or clasped.
Lift up: Tuck your toes into the ground, engage your abdominal muscles, and lift your torso, hips, and legs off the floor.
