From Peace Lilies (spathiphyllum wallisii) with their green glossy foliage and delicate white flowers, to the wide range of colours Phalaenopsis Orchid (Phalaenopsis spp.) produce, to the shiny / waxy palm like structural leaves of a Zanzibar Gem (Zammioculcas Zamiifolia). House plants offer significant mental and physical health benefits, including reducing stress, increasing productivity, and improving air quality in indoor spaces.

LEXSA Students are invited to submit a picture of their favourite house plant for the chance to win LEXSA's 'Grow with the Flow' competition!

It’s a quick and fun way to take a break, boost your energy, and get involved with the LEXSA community.
