About The Event
Join us for Wellness Wednesday + Live Music + Thankyou Notes!
Each week, we host our Wellness Wednesday event with live music, workshops and activities. This week we're celebrating the International Day of Coffee. Check out what's planned below:
Wellness Wednesday activities:
> Enjoy live music by Frank Swaby from 12pm - 1pm on the Goodman Plaza Stage as well as livestreamed on Facebook
> Enjoy making your own ice coffee using on Smoothie Bike outside the LEXSA Office from 11:30am
> Pick up a limited LEXSA $5 Cafe Voucher* from 11:30am to use at one of the two cafe's on Lismore Campus - check your voucher for a stamp, you could win!
*Please take note of when each cafe closes and make sure you use your voucher within the opening hours, it is not valid once the cafe's close on Wednesday.
> Come along to our Wellness Workshop to write a thankyou note to a friend, lecturer or staff member and express your gratitude for how they've helped you through your studies. We'll have writing paper, pens and envelopes for you to seal your letter set up outside the office between 11am - 2pm
> We know a lot is due in Week 6 so students can create a Stress Less Blend using essential oils outside the office between 11am - 2pm
> Catch up on the lunchtime gig by watching it in real time or later on our facebook page here
