The best day of the term is here - LEXSA Stress Less!

Each term, we host our Stress Less event to help students beat stress before final assignments and exams are due. Join us on campus for relaxing activities, workshops, live music and our Hot Choc Bar! Check out what's planned below:

Through the week:

> Pick up 1 of 10 Gym Passes from the LEXSA Office to use at the SCU Pool and Fitness Centre that you can use to attend a Yoga, Body Balance or Pilaties group fitness class.

> Enter our all-student competition for your chance to win a $10 Coles Voucher! Enter here!

> New LEXSA Member Giveaway alert! Members register for two sachets of various herbal tea blends to help you relax. Register here!

> Just for fun: suggest songs for our student-made 2024 spotify playlist here!

Wednesday, 29th of May:

Come along to Goodman Plaza for our Wellness Fair!

> Live Music by Leo Hooker from 11:30am till 1:30pm on the Goodman Plaza Stage as well as livestreamed on Facebook

> Enjoy patting the puppies aka Story Dogs between 11:30am - 1:30pm

> Get a fashion character illustration of yourself outside the LEXSA Office and for our online students, you can enter our competition to win an illustration of yourself!

> Visit the Lifeline stall and have a chat about what it means to become a Crisis Supporter.

> Jump in our photobooth to create memories of your day and time at university

> Visit Endorphina Creative's stall to have an Oracle Reading from 11:30am - 1:30pm outside the LEXSA Office. Book your spot by dropping into the office the week before and filling out the booking sheet, or drop by the stall on the day.

> Join our Wellness Workshop to create your own herbal tea blend from 11am till 2pm outside the LEXSA Office.

> Drop by the office from 11:30am to pick up a flower but hurry, they won't last long!

> Pick up a limited LEXSA $5 Cafe Voucher* from 11:30am to use at one of the two cafe's on Lismore Campus - check your voucher for a stamp, you could win!

*Please take note of when each cafe closes and make sure you use your voucher within the opening hours, it is not valid once the cafe's close on Wednesday.

> And don't be shy if you see our photographer roaming around - you can request a photo!
