LEXSA Members - register for a Little Bag of Calm!
We know it's week 6 of Term and things are feeling just a little strained mentally, emotionally and physically for most students so we're putting together little bags of things to help you feel calmer. No need to go and find a post on the beach to meditate on, away from the stress! Each pack contains a face mask, some happy stickers, a sparkly notepad, herbal teas and a squishy stress ball for you to take your frustrations out on or throw at the wall. Let us know in the registration form if you have any dietary requirements because we'll throw in some treats as well.
We have included an option to pick up your pack from our office in Goodman Plaza on Lismore campus. Please note, packs need to be packed and will be ready from Tuesday, 20th of…
