About The Event
Get comfy, make some popcorn and get ready for LEXSA's Netflix Party!
We're helping you get into the Christmas spirit by hosting a Movie Night via the Netflix Watch Party app. We'll set up a party and invite you all to attend by emailing the link to your email address you sign up with. *Please sign up with your student email address
We ran a poll on our Instagram Story to pick the film. We're watching "The Holiday" as voted by you.

Everyone who attends will receive a $10 Coles Voucher and go in the draw to win a Christmas Hamper! To receive your Coles voucher and enter our competition, please register for our event with your student email address, attend the Netflix Party and join in on the chat so we know you attended.
Using the Netflix Party app, we can sync the playback and watch the movie together and talk throughout with the live group chat!
Installing Netflix Watch Party is easy. Just follow these steps:
- First, make sure you've got Chrome installed as the Netflix Party add-on only works with Google Chrome. Download it here: https://www.google.com/chrome/
- Install the Netflix Party add-on here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/netflix-party/oocalimimngaihdkbihfgmpkcpnmlaoa?hl=en To install the Netflix Party add-on, click the "Install Netflix Party" button on this page. Once you are redirected to the Chrome Web Store, click "Add to Chrome" to finish installing Netflix Party.
How to join our Netflix Party:
- Click on the party URL sent to your registered student email address.
- Once the link is clicked, you will be redirected to Netflix's website. Click on the "NP" button next to the address bar, and you should automatically join the party.
Note: Netflix party will only work if you don't already have Netflix open. Make sure you close all open windows first before clicking on the Party link. You must click on the NP button in the top right corner of your screen to join the chat.
