About The Event
LEXSA Stress Less Week is the best week on campus and online! During this week, we offer events, giveaways and helpful tips to help you keep calm and stress less!
One of our new activities is Letters of Encouragement! Get your pen and paper or laptop ready to write a letter to a fellow student. The idea is to spread encouragement and help support other students by writing them a motivational letter. The length of the letter is up to you. You're welcome to write 500 words, a few pages or even write a motivational quote!

If you choose to write a letter, we will endeavour to give one back to you so you feel motivated too!
The Important Part:
- This event is for all students. Students on-campus can drop their letters into the LEXSA Office, while Online Students can post their letters in.
- If you write a letter, we will endeavour to give a letter back to you
- Since we're back on campus, students can choose whether they pick up their letter from campus during Week 12 or we can it post to you for free.
- Registrations close Sunday, 9th of May (Week 10) so we can prepare the letters before Stress Less Week. If you choose to handwrite a letter, please take note of postage times.
