Crochet Beanie Workshop
If you want to get creative, then come along to our DIY Crochet Beanie Workshop to learn how to make your own beanie for the cooler months ahead.
*This was a LEXSA Member Giveaway during Term 2/Session 1. If you signed up for a pack, you should have everything you need to get started. If you missed out, please see the list below of items you'll need:
- 1 x 5mm or 5.5mm crochet hook (depending on which yarn you choose)
- 2x 12ply skeins of yarn (this is more than enough yarn but allows you to switch colours)
- 1 x pair of scissors
- *Optional* 4 x stitch markers. These help you mark the starting chain or stitch so your rounds are neat and tidy.
With your extra yarn, you can choose to make a pom-pom for the top of your beanie or alter the pattern to make a slouchie beanie.
