CANCLLED DUE TO COVID-19, Spin Fire & Flow Burn-Night/Workshop

Spin Fire & Flow is a student club which encourages creativity  through exercise and self expression. We use a variety of circus toys to  help facilitate both physical and mental stress relief and a social  interactive space for students on a weekly basis. 

Our activities include;

Workshops -  two hourly weekly workshops at the  Southern Cross University - Lismore campus oval teaching beginner and  intermediate classes covering skills of circus and flow arts.  

Social Events - participating in Orientation week and  other events, the club creates a social environment for members to make  friends, connections and relationships in a safe and substance free  environment.  

Health and Well-being -  flow and circus arts are  stimulating to the physical well-being of your body and fascia to  encourage left and right brain stimulation and an alternative learning  technique, not academically related, to assist in stress relief and  rejuvenation.  

Self expression and Creative outlet - Flow arts is a  creative outlet of skill and dance allowing each individual to find  their style and build confidence in a fun and judgment free environment.
