In these classes, you'll have the chance to meet and connect with other students, ask questions as well as learn to cook a healthy meal. All attendees will receive a $10 Coles Voucher emailed after the event.

About the class:

All classes start from 6:30pm and run till 8:30pm (NSW time) and are held via zoom. Each class will be taught by our host: Samantha Josephine. She is a local chef in Lismore who used to work at The Dusty Attic Music Lounge. You can read more about her in the bio below.

A LEXSA Staff Member will be present to help you and answer any questions.

In your second class, you'll be learning some helpful tips, the basics of cooking and cooking up another meal (to be announced!). We will email you the intructions and ingredients you will need for this meal.

About your host:

Samantha Josephine is a fully qualified chef and passionate holistic health coach. She was born in the Northern Rivers and have lived here all her life, cooking since the age of 14 in my parents restaurant, The Trattoria in Nimbin. She has completed an apprenticeship in commercial cookery, was the head chef at dusty attic music lounge in Lismore, have been catering events for 6 years, ran a breakfast stall at the Lismore Organic Market for 4 years & now runs her own business doing private coaching & workshops both in person & online.

She works with the mind|body connection through everything she does so when it comes to food she really cares about supporting people to find ways to integrate healthy food choices into their everyday life with ease & less stress! She believes skill is the single most valuable resource in the kitchen when it comes to creating healthy & affordable meals.

There's one more class after this one on Tuesday, 24th of August in Week 8.
