It's crunch time, exams are coming up and we know you're feeling stressed. Take a deep breath and join us at our Meditation and Art Therapy Workshop on Thursday in Week 13.
Experience the relaxing and rejuvenating benefits of gentle Art Therapy exercises and Meditation techniques to improve your mental clarity, stress resilience, emotional well-being and power of concentration. Meditation and Art Therapy are great methods to calm our nervous system, boost our immunity and help us cope with stress and daily challenges.
In this weekly class, you will be guided through gentle relaxation processes and learn simple meditation tools and techniques that keep you calm, centred and energized. You will also engage in simple stress-release drawing exercises that help you regain a sense of inner balance and vitality.
No prior experience with meditation or any expertise in drawing is necessary. All students are welcome to attend. Please register your attendance as there are limited spaces!
We hope to see you at this Workshop in Week 13 (and leave feeling a lot less stressed!)
