LEXSA Members, your chance to win a Coles Voucher!
Since we don't currently have any gym vouchers available as we're waiting on stock from the SCU Fitness Centre, we're giving our members the chance to complete fitness challenges in Weeks 4 - 6 for a chance to win!
This week, members are invited to submit a short video to info@lexsa.com.au of themselves completing our side-plank challenge: "how long can you hold a plank for" for the chance to win 1 of 10 $10 Coles Vouchers. We will also accept students to get into position if this is difficult for you.
To complete a elbow side-plank:
Set Up: Lie on your side with your elbow directly beneath your shoulder and your legs stacked.
Engage: Brace your core and lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from your ankles to your head.
