Join us for Wellness Wednesday + Live Music + Bingo!

Each week, we host our Wellness Wednesday event with live music, workshops and activities. This week we're recognising R U OK? Day. Check out what's planned below:

Wellness Wednesday activities:

> Enjoy live music from 12pm - 1pm on the Goodman Plaza Stage as well as livestreamed on Facebook

> Enjoy a treat outside the LEXSA Office from 11:30am

> Pick up a limited LEXSA $5 Cafe Voucher* from 11:30am to use at one of the two cafe's on Lismore Campus - check your voucher for a stamp, you could win!

*Please take note of when each cafe closes and make sure you use your voucher within the opening hours, it is not valid once the cafe's close on Wednesday.

> Play R U OK? Day themed bingo to check in on yourself, your friends and family. Drop into the LEXSA Office to collect the form and when you're done, give it back to the LEXSA Staff to collect some self care items.

Later this week, join us online for our Trivia Night on Thursday, 12th of Sept from 6:30pm via our Discord Server. By registering, you'll receive a snack pack to enjoy while you play. There are prizes to be won!!
